Vegan Double Choc Peanut Magnums
Need I say more? Choc-peanut is truly the most superior flavour combo to exist right?
Vegan Double Choc Peanut Magnums
Serves: 3
Ingredients
Ice-creams:
2 large frozen bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 serve vegan chocolate protein
1 tbsp cacao powder
4 dates, pitted
2 tbsp nut milk
2 tbsp peanuts, crushed/chopped
Topping:
150g dark chocolate, melted
Peanuts, crushed/chopped
Peanut butter
Method
Add all ice-cream ingredients, except the peanuts, to a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
Mix in the chopped peanuts and then spoon.
Spoon mixture into each mould and smooth over. Insert the ice-cream stick.
Cover and place in the freezer for minimum 4 hours.
Once set, remove ice-creams from the moulds. Dip or coat in melted chocolate, top with crushed peanuts and a drizzle of peanut butter. You need to do this part fast as the chocolate will set quickly!
Place back in the freezer for a few minutes to set completely.
Serving suggestion: If you like a softer ice-cream texture, I suggest leaving these out of the freezer for 10 or so minutes before eating so allow the ice-cream to soften.
Don't have ice-cream moulds? You could make ice-cream bites using silicone muffin moulds or just set the ice-cream in a tray and drizzle/sprinkle over the toppings!
