Small Group Reformer Classes in Wollongong
Duet (group of 2) & Semi-Private (group of 3) reformer pilates sessions are perfect for couples, partners, friends or family who have similar goals in mind or enjoy training together. They are also a cost effective way to enjoy the benefits of a private pilates session.
All duet & semi private sessions are 45 minutes in length and will be run at a time that fits your schedule. Prior to your first session, you will have an initial consult with your instructor to ensure your sessions suit each individuals needs and goals.

Meet your Instructor, Elise
Hi, I’m Elise and I’m so excited to be your Instructor! I have a wealth of experience working in the Pilates industry. I’ve worked in a number of studios over the years and worked with lots of different bodies to help them achieve their unique goals and feel their very best. I have extensive training and experience working with clients with injuries, pre/post natal clients as well as athletes.
I believe Pilates is truely for EVERY body. But I know every body is different, and everybody has unique goals, which is why I pride myself in my personalised approach for my clients. You are unique, your goals are unique and so will be your programming.
Pilates helped me recover and come back stronger from some terrible injuries in the past, its helped me find balance and confidence in my body I never had before, and its a form of movement that I truely look forward to every single day. I cannot wait to share the incredible and transformative power of pilates with you.
