Thick & Creamy Acai Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen acai sachets

  • 1 large frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup coconut water

  • 1 heaped tbsp natural coconut yoghurt

  • Optional add ins: protein powder, peanut butter, honey, cacao powder etc.

Method

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Pour into a bowl, top with fresh fruit and coconut flakes and enjoy!
