Thick & Creamy Acai Bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 frozen acai sachets
1 large frozen banana
1/4 cup coconut water
1 heaped tbsp natural coconut yoghurt
Optional add ins: protein powder, peanut butter, honey, cacao powder etc.
Method
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Pour into a bowl, top with fresh fruit and coconut flakes and enjoy!
