Superfood Strawberry Thickshake

The other day I had a random craving for a strawberry thick shake, so I made a healthy and balanced version of this crowd favourite, and even added a few sneaky superfoods in there for some extra nutrients!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 4 large strawberries

  • 1 cup Nourish and Care strawberry almond milk

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1 serve Happy Way vegan vanilla protein powder (discount code: HAPPYELISE)

  • 1 large handful of ice

Method

  1. To make, simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
