Sugar-free Choc Peanut Butter Raspberry Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 flax eggs (or 2 eggs)

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • ⅓ cup Natvia sugar-free baking sweetener

  • ½ cup cacao powder

  • 2/3 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • ⅓ cup almond milk

  • 4 tsp Natvia sugar-free Raspberry Jam

  • 3 tsp peanut butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan-forced.

  2. Whisk together the flax eggs, almond butter, coconut oil and Natvia baking sweetener.

  3. Then fold in remaining ingredients. Transfer the brownie mix into a lined baking tray.

  4. Swirl through the raspberry jam & peanut butter.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool before slicing into 9 pieces!
