Sugar-free Choc Peanut Butter Raspberry Brownies
Ingredients
2 flax eggs (or 2 eggs)
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
⅓ cup Natvia sugar-free baking sweetener
½ cup cacao powder
2/3 cup almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
⅓ cup almond milk
4 tsp Natvia sugar-free Raspberry Jam
3 tsp peanut butter
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan-forced.
Whisk together the flax eggs, almond butter, coconut oil and Natvia baking sweetener.
Then fold in remaining ingredients. Transfer the brownie mix into a lined baking tray.
Swirl through the raspberry jam & peanut butter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing into 9 pieces!
