Mango Coconut Overnight Oats

These are an OG overnight oat combo I've been making since I first discovered overnight oats, and I promise, they do not disappoint!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk (or almond)

  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 serve Happy Way vegan vanilla protein (optional)

  • 1/2 mango, chopped

Method

  1. Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning top with chopped mango and a little dash of maple syrup (optional) and enjoy!
