Honey Tahini Nourish Bowl Dressing

I love a loaded nourish bowl! One of the easiest meals to make because you can use whatever left overs you have on hand or roast up a huge tray of veggies, add some salad and a protein source, pop it all in a bowl & you have yourself a meal!

But the one thing that will take your nourish bowl or salad from a 7/10 to 12/10 is a delicious dressing! And this Honey Tahini Dressing is my go to for Nourish Bowls, especially when there are roast veg involved

I’ll leave the recipe below for you, it lasts up to 5 days stored in an airtight jar in the fridge so it’s perfect for meal prep!

Honey Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup water

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar and shake or mix together!
