Honey Ginger Prawn Salad
Serves 1
Prawns/sauce:
1 tbsp coconut aminos (or GF soy sauce or tamari)
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
10 uncooked prawns
Salad:
Lettuce
Shredded carrot
Cucumber
Mushrooms
Airfried/roasted pumpkin cubes
Method
Combine sauce ingredients and marinate prawns in sauce for 1 hour.
Heat fry pan over high heat and add in prawns with sauce and cook for 1-2 min on each side.
Add you salad ingredients to a bowl, top with freshly cooked prawns and dress with some extra coconut aminos. Enjoy ✨
