Honey Ginger Prawn Salad

Serves 1

Prawns/sauce:

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos (or GF soy sauce or tamari)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 10 uncooked prawns

Salad:

  • Lettuce

  • Shredded carrot

  • Cucumber

  • Mushrooms

  • Airfried/roasted pumpkin cubes

Method

  1. Combine sauce ingredients and marinate prawns in sauce for 1 hour.

  2. Heat fry pan over high heat and add in prawns with sauce and cook for 1-2 min on each side.

  3. Add you salad ingredients to a bowl, top with freshly cooked prawns and dress with some extra coconut aminos. Enjoy ✨
