Fudgy Mocha Breakfast Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 mashed banana

  • 1/3 cup teff flakes (or oat flour)

  • 1/2 tsp bicarb soda

  • 1 serve vegan chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 cup Iced Oat Milk Coffee (I used the First Press Coffee brand)

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

  • 1 square dairy free dark chocolate

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Pour half the batter into a greased ramekin. Then place the piece of chocolate on top and add in remaining batter.

  3. Place in the airfryer and cook for 15 mins at 180C (or in an oven for 20-25 mins).
