Cookie Dough Breakfast Jar

Anyone else guilty of eating half the cookie dough before it even makes it to the oven? Cos same. If you love cookie dough as much as I do, you need to give this brekkie jar a go!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 serve vanilla protein

  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp cashew butter (I recommend cashew butter for this recipe because it gives it that 'cookie dough' taste, but you could sub it for another nut butter if you don't have this on hand)

  • 1 tbsp dark choc chips or cacao nibs

  • To serve, extra cashew butter and choc chips/cacao nibs

Method

  1. Simply combine all ingredients in a bowl and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, in a jar add half of the mixture, then a little dollop of cashew butter, then add the remaining oat mixture and top with a little more cashew butter and choc chips!
