Double Choc Chia Pudding Pot

Chia puddings have to be one of my FAVE breakfasts! They are so easy to make plus come with the benefits of being loaded with fibre, antioxidants, healthy omega-3 fatty acids and protein - all from the chia seeds!

FUN FACT: when I first tried chia puddings, I actually didn't like them because of their runny consistency. Then I started experimenting with my own recipes (like this one) and achieved the PERFECT Chia Pudding consistency! So if you are yet to find a chia pudding you like, give this one a go and I promise it will change your mind!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2/3-1 cup Nourish and Care chocolate almond milk (discount code: ELISE15)

  • 1 heaped tbsp Happy Way chocolate vegan protein powder

  • 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 mashed banana

  • To serve: fresh berries, granola of choice or handful of nuts

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Place in the fridge for minimum 3 hours to set and for chia to expand.

  3. Once set, serve with some fresh berries and granola.
