Choc Mint Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Serves 1
1/3 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 serve vegan chocolate protein (optional)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4 - 1/2 tsp peppermint essence, depending on how minty you like it (if you're not a fan of mint, simply leave this out for a chocolately flavour instead)
2/3 cup almond milk
15ml olive leaf extract (optional, for an added health kick!)
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Method
Add all the ingredients, except the coconut yoghurt to a bowl and combine.
Place in the fridge to set overnight.
In the morning, stir through the coconut yoghurt and serve!
