Vanilla Protein Latte

My current obsession! I know you are going to love this Vanilla Protein Latte, it’s bursting with vanilla and cinnamon-y flavours, and is so quick and easy to make.

It’s my go-to for an afternoon pick me up or an after dinner sweet treat! It satisfies all the sweet cravings and is super filling.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 heaped tbsp Happy Way Vegan Vanilla Protein (DC: HAPPYELISE)

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • A few drops vanilla stevia or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Cinnamon, to taste

Method

  1. Add everything to a blender and blender to combine. Pour into a microwavable mug and heat for 1.5 minutes (or alternatively, warm in a saucepan over the stove).

  2. Optional: top with a little extra frothed almond milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a cafe-style latte!

  3. Tip: I’ve tried this both warm and chilled over ice, and both are equally amazing!
