Super Easy Satay Sauce

A super delicious, healthy and wholesome Satay Sauce recipe that takes next to no time to make!

I promise, once you try this, you will NEVER buy a pre-made satay sauce ever again. Trust me on this one.

Super Easy Satay Sauce

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos (or GF soy sauce)

  • 1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil (can sub with 2 minced garlic cloves)

  • 1.5 tsp curry powder

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 can (270ml) coconut milk (canned)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes

  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lime

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk well to combine.

  2. AND BAM that's is it! Your delicious satay sauce is ready to use!

  3. Pour over sautéed veg for a stir fry as I did in this reel, marinade your choice of protein in it or pour over rice noodles for a delicious satay noodle dish!

*Store in an airtight container/jar in the fridge for up to 5 days. If it thickens to much, use a little water or stock to thin out before using.
