Cookie Dough Nice-Cream

Say hello to your new favourite dessert! This is going to be your go-to now the warmer weather is here. I made this Choc Chip Cookie Dough Nice Cream using the Macro Mike Clean Cookie I received in this months Goodness Me Box! Ingredients (serves 2)

• 2 frozen bananas

• 2 tbsp coconut milk

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

• 1 large handful of ice

• 1 Macro Mike Clean Cookie (or any cookie of choice), crumbled

Method

1. Add all ingredients, except the cookie, to a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Then fold in the crumbled cookie and serve!
