Choc PB Baked Oats

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/4 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1 serve @happywayau VEGAN chocolate protein powder (DC: HAPPYELISE)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/3 cup oat flour (or any gluten free flour)

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

  • 5 tbsp almond milk

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, for filling

  • 1 square dairy free dark chocolate, for filling

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C, fan-forced and grease a small ramekin.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and then transfer the mixture into the ramekin.

  3. Spoon peanut butter on top and place the chocolate square on top of peanut butter. Push down so mixture just covers them.

  4. Place in the oven to bake for 13-14 minutes.

  5. Dig in and enjoy!
