Ingredients
Serves 1
Oats:
1/3 cup oat flour
1 serve VEGAN vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp SpiceTub apple crumble mix
5-6 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/4 apple, chopped
1-2 squares dairy free chocolate
Crumble topping:
1 tbsp oats
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1/4 tsp SpiceTub apple crumble mix
1 tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil
4 walnuts, chopped
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C, fan-forced.
Combine all the dry Oats ingredients and then mix in the wet.
Stir in the chopped apple and choc chips. Transfer oats mixture into a greased oven proof ramekin.
Combine all the ingredients for the crumble and use your finger tips to rub the butter/coconut oil into the mixture to form the crumble.
Pour crumble on top of the oat mixture and place in the oven to bake for 14-15 minutes.
Enjoy!
