Choc Gingerbread Baked Oats
Oats, Gingerbread, Christmas and Chocolate - these are a few of my favourite things and I have just combined them all into one EPIC breakfast recipe!
Ingredients
½ cup oats
½ mashed banana
½ tsp baking powder
1 serve Happy Way Chocolate protein powder
½ tsp Ginger
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt (I use Cocobella)
Dash of almond milk
1 tsp molasses
Optional: chocolate stevia and chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius, fan-forced.
Mash the banana in a bowl and add all the dry ingredients.
Then add in the coconut yoghurt, molasses, stevia, and almond milk. Mix well to combine.
Add in the chocolate chips and stir through.
Pour mixture into a baking tin - be sure to spray with olive or coconut oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
