Caramel Mocha Smoothie Bowl

Chocolate, caramel and coffee for breakfast? YES PLEASE! If you like all these things, you are going to LOVE this recipe!

Caramel Mocha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 zucchini, chopped

  • 1 serve vegan chocolate protein

  • 1 medjool date, pitted

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup @firstpresscoffee cold drip coffee - Iced Mocha Almond Milk, which I received in the November @goodnessmebox! (or sub for almond milk and a shot of coffee)

  • 1-2 cups ice

Method

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! The more ice you add, the thicker it will be. I topped mine with rice puffs, cacao nibs and coconut!

  2. ENJOY!
