Banana Mango Summer Smoothie

Smoothies are one of my favourite snacks around this time of year because they are super quick and easy to whip up when you're short on time plus you can LOAD them with nutrients! And around the silly season, with increased amounts of eating out and indulging happening, I always like to sneak in as much nutrients whenever I get the chance!

Todays smoothies was a huge vibe, bursting with summer flavours and loaded with some sneaky veg for an extra hit of nutrients! Give it a try!

Banana Mango Summer Smoothie

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 chopped zucchini

  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • Ice

Method

  1. Simply add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into your favourite glass or jar and enjoy!
