White Choc Macadamia Cups
Ingredients
FOR THE BASE:
1 White Choc Macadamia @supercubes bar
FOR THE CARAMEL:
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cashews, soaked for 3 hours in boiled water prior to use
1/2 tbsp water
Pinch of salt
Method
Divide the @supercubes bar into 3 and press into 3 small muffin moulds.
Then make the Caramel by adding all ingredients into a blender and blending until smooth and creamy.
Pour this over the bases and top with some chopped macadamia nuts.
Then place in the freezer for 3 hours (or overnight) to set!
