White Choc Macadamia Cups

Ingredients

FOR THE BASE:

FOR THE CARAMEL:

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup

  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/3 cup cashews, soaked for 3 hours in boiled water prior to use

  • 1/2 tbsp water

  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Divide the @supercubes bar into 3 and press into 3 small muffin moulds.

  2. Then make the Caramel by adding all ingredients into a blender and blending until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour this over the bases and top with some chopped macadamia nuts.

  4. Then place in the freezer for 3 hours (or overnight) to set!
