Mocha Maple Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine. Add more almond milk if mixture is too dry.

  2. Transfer into a greased ramekin and bake in the airfryer at 180 degrees celsius for 14 minutes (or in the oven for 15-20 minutes).

  3. I topped mine with 2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt mixed with some cacao and maple syrup 👌🏼
