Raw Minty Choc Brownie Bites
The perfect little treat to have with a cup of tea or as a 'after dinner mint' to finish off the day. This delicious recipe is even Mum and boyfriend approved!!
Ingredients
1/2 cup @anandafoodaus hemp flour
1/2 cup oat bran (or oat flour)
3/4 cup pitted dates, soaked for 15 mins in boiling water
2 tbsp date soaking water
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tsp peppermint essence
1/4 cup warm water
Desiccated Coconut, for topping
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer mix into a silicone or lined tin and smooth out evenly.
Sprinkle over some desiccated coconut and place in the freezer to set for 3 hours, or preferably overnight, before slicing.
Store in the freezer. You can eat this straight from the freezer or allow to defrost at room temperature for 5 minutes.
