Chocolate Protein Super Seed Granola
Making your own granola is so SIMPLE, QUICK & EASY. Plus it means you know exactly what’s going in it because so many store bought granolas are packed with added sugars and nasties.
I always have a batch of homemade granola in the cupboard and use to to top smoothie bowls, oatmeal, yoghurt bowls, or to have just straight outta the jar as a snack!
Ingredients (makes 1 tray)
1 cup oats
2 scoops chocolate protein (I used Botanika Blends Hazelnut Cacao)
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp Pepitas
2 tbsp buckinis
1 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp honey (sub maple syrup for vegan option)
2 tbsp peanut butter
Pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp water
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
Mix all dry ingredients together. Then add in wet ingredients and mix well.
Spread evenly onto a lined baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes.
