Banana Blender Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas

  • 2 serves Happy Way vegan chocolate protein (my discount code is 'HAPPYELISE') (DO NOT use a whey protein)

  • 2 tbsp Happy Way cacao powder

  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius, fan-forced.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer mixture into a lined baking tray, top with some chopped walnuts (optional).

  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.
