ANZAC Bliss Balls
Ingredients
1/2 cup GF rolled oats
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup pitted dates, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes (then discard water)
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp golden syrup (this is what gives them their delicious ANZAC biscuit taste!)
Method
Simply put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until combined and a thick dough forms. Then roll into 10-12 balls and enjoy! .
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one week (but trust me, they won't be lasting that long!)
