Vegan Pizza Cashew Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tbsp @pimp.my.salad Vegan Cashew Parmesan

  • 50g cashews, soaked in boiled water for 3 hours (minimum)

  • 1/2 cup nut milk (I used @ulu_hye nut mylk)

  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour

  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add this to your pizza base with all the toppings, and bakes for 15 minutes!
