Superfood Strawberry Thickshake
The other day I had a random craving for a strawberry thick shake, so I made a healthy and balanced version of this crowd favourite, and even added a few sneaky superfoods in there for some extra nutrients!
Ingredients (serves 1)
1/2 frozen banana
4 large strawberries
1 cup Nourish and Care strawberry almond milk
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 serve Happy Way vegan vanilla protein powder (discount code: HAPPYELISE)
1 large handful of ice
Method
To make, simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
