Salted Choc Caramel Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vegan butter or coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup dairy free dark chocolate, melted + extra to fold into brownies

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 45g @happywayau x @ashybines Choc Caramel Vegan Protein

  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1/3 cup almond meal

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp @happywayau cacao powder

  • Generous pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C, fan-forced.

  2. Combine all the wet ingredients and then fold in the dry. Mix to combine everything then stir through the extra choc chips.

  3. Pour batter into a lined brownie tin and bake for 18 minutes.

  4. Allow to cool before slicing into 9 squares.
