Salted Choc Caramel Brownies
Ingredients
1/3 cup vegan butter or coconut oil
2 tbsp almond butter
3 eggs
1 cup dairy free dark chocolate, melted + extra to fold into brownies
1 tsp vanilla extract
45g @happywayau x @ashybines Choc Caramel Vegan Protein
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/3 cup almond meal
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp @happywayau cacao powder
Generous pinch of salt
Method
Preheat your oven to 180C, fan-forced.
Combine all the wet ingredients and then fold in the dry. Mix to combine everything then stir through the extra choc chips.
Pour batter into a lined brownie tin and bake for 18 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing into 9 squares.
