Raw Top Deck Brownies

Ingredients

Method

  1. Simply blend the protein, cacao, walnuts, dates, vanilla and salt in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Press mixture into a lined pan and spoon over vanilla mousse and spread evenly.

  3. Sprinkle over cacao nibs and place in the freezer to set for 2 hours before cutting into 8 pieces.

  4. Eat this straight from, and keep stored in, the freezer!
