Mocha Maple Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients
1 Weetbix, crushed
3 tbsp Better Being Steph x Sneaky Wholefoods Coffee Maple blend
1 serve Happy Way vegan choc protein (Discount Code: HAPPYELISE)
1 flax egg (or normal egg)
2 tbsp almond milk
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 tsp baking soda
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine. Add more almond milk if mixture is too dry.
Transfer into a greased ramekin and bake in the airfryer at 180 degrees celsius for 14 minutes (or in the oven for 15-20 minutes).
I topped mine with 2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt mixed with some cacao and maple syrup 👌🏼
