Golden Weetbix Bars
Weetbix and oats in the one snack? Sign me up! They are also another fabulous one bowl recipe, perfect to whip up mid week for a delicious morning or afternoon snack.

Ingredients
Serves 10
5 GF Weetbix
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp baking powder
4 heaped tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil
2 tbsp golden syrup
3-4 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 egg/chia egg for vegan version
1 heaped tbsp almond butter
Dash of almond milk
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C fan-forced.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend. Add almond milk as needed until when pressed together, the mixture holds.
Transfer mix into a lined baking pan and press down firmly and evenly.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely in the fridge before slicing into bars.
