Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Who else is guilty of eating half the cookie dough before it even makes it to the oven to bake? If you too answered yes, than this recipe is for you!

Ingredients

Makes 10 balls

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1.5 (45g) scoops vanilla vegan protein

  • 1 sachet (2 tsp) collagen (optional)

  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter

  • 2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 3 squares dairy free dark chocolate, chopped

Method

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add in the wet, and combine. You may need to add a few dashes of extra almond milk to get the mixture to a cookie dough consistency (will depend on the protein your using).

  2. Then mix in your choc chips, roll into balls and refrigerate for a couple hours to set!
