Chai Spiced Baked Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Teff Tribe teff flakes (or rolled oats)

  • 1/2 mashed banana

  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp coconut or almond milk

  • 1 serve Happy Way vegan vanilla protein (Discount Code - HAPPYELISE)

  • 1/2 tsp bicarb soda

  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp ginger

  • Ground cloves and 5 spice - a pinch of each, to your desired taste

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and combine.

  2. Pour batter into a greased ramekin and bake in the airfryer for 13-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (or in the oven for 20-25 minutes)
