Banoffee Overnight Oats
Ingredients (serves 1)
1/3 cup oats
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract/stevia
1 tsp maple syrup
2 dates, chopped (optional)
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/2-3/4 almond milk
1 banana, sliced (for topping)
Method
Add all the ingredients, except for the banana, to a bowl and combine.
Refrigerate overnight, and in the morning top with banana and any other toppings and enjoy!
