ANZAC Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup GF rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes (then discard water)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tbsp golden syrup (this is what gives them their delicious ANZAC biscuit taste!)

Method

  1. Simply put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until combined and a thick dough forms. Then roll into 10-12 balls and enjoy! .

  2. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one week (but trust me, they won't be lasting that long!)
