About Me


Hi, I’m Elise. I’m an avid health foodie, peanut butter addict, former competitive tennis player, current gym goer and brunch is my favourite meal of the day. 

I’m also a certified Health & Nutrition Coach! I graduated from Well College in 2019.

I’m passionate about holistic health and wellness and helping people create balance in all aspects of their life. I believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to health, and I want to empower people to ditch the diet culture of today’s society and truly find their happiest, healthiest, balanced life. 

This passion came from my experiencing my own health struggles. In my late teens to early twenties, I discovered health and fitness. What started off with the best of intentions (to get fit and lose a little weight), quickly was taken to the extreme as I became engulfed by the health and fitness industry and diet culture of today. While to everyone on the outside, I looked like the picture of health – fit, toned, not an ounce of fat on my body. But on the inside, my body was beginning to shut down due to the stress from over-exercising and restrictive eating habits I developed. I lost my period for over 2 years, was constantly moody, always cold and every waking thought was consumed with food, calories and exercising. Safe to say, they weren’t the best few years of my life. 

But I’m lucky enough to had an incredible support network around me at the time to help me through it and allow me to begin my healing journey. I learnt to tune back into my body and its internal cues. To practice kindness and compassion towards myself. I began using food as fuel and nourishment; every meal time was and is a chance nourish and respect my body. And when I shifted my focus from numbers to nourishment, the changes were incredible. I truly believe real, whole foods have the power to transform your mind, body and health.

Today my life is much more balanced. I focus on consuming real, nutrient dense whole foods without restriction; I treat myself when I feel like it; I move my body in ways I love because it makes me feel amazing, not for the calorie burn; I prioritise self-care practices daily to manage stress, whether it be a walk in nature, meditation or reading a book; I enjoy regular meals out with loved ones and I’m not caught up chasing society’s idea of ‘perfection’ because I know perfect doesn’t exist. 

It is this journey, that has inspired me to want to help others create balance in their life. I am passionate about helping others overcome the diet mentality and live a life that is free of restriction and deprivation. Because with positive lifestyle change and a focus on eating real, unprocessed, whole foods, you don’t need to deprive yourself to achieve your health goals! 

I will help you tune back into your body’s internal cues because you have the ability to make healthy choices, our bodies are so smart they know exactly what they need! I will provide guidance and support to empower you to create the vision of the life you want and then set goals to achieve this! I will be there for you every step of the way to provide accountability and education in order to make your vision a reality.
