Mocha Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Chocolate, coffee and peanut butter are my 3 favourite things; so I thought why not combine them to make one epic energy ball recipe 😍 these are going to be the PERFECT snack when I go back to work this week providing a much needed energy kick morning or afternoon πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Mocha Peanut Butter Energy Bites

  • Servings: 10
  • Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 serve chocolate protein (I used macr0mike Choc peanut butter, or alternatively us 1-2 extra tbsp cacao)
  • 3 sachets Be Goat Adaptagen Coffee (dissolve in a few tbsp warm water) OR 3 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dates, soaked and discard water

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until combined a dough forms. Roll into 10 balls and refrigerate for 1 hour before eating!
