Legs day is my favourite day of the week!
If you’re looking for a legs workout that is reeeeally gonna make you feel dat booty burn days afterwards, then you need to give this workout a try! I do this legs workout on Monday and feel it all the way through to at least Thursday. It really targets all the muscles in your lower body (even ones you didn’t know existed!) and focuses on building dat bootaaay!
This workout starts with a compound exercise, then moves into supersets/complex sets that target specific muscles groups, and then into 2 circuits that focus on really burning those legs and getting the heart rate up at the same time. I’m seriously pooped after these circuits! So good.
To begin: start with some light cardio (5-10 minutes on the treadmill or stepper etc.) then a few minutes of Glute Activation exercises using a resistance band (these are a must if you have stubborn glutes and dominant quads and hamstrings)
Cool down: make sure you finish with 5-10 minutes of light stretching.
